Every human interaction needs an understanding between the parties concerned. We at Lifeplancoach™ want to help everyone that comes to us and feel that it is important that some basic requirements are understood. This will allow us to better serve all our clients.
- Appointment times must be adhered to for all arranged appointment calls.
- You must be prepared to be coached.
- Be prepared to try new ideas.
- Advise the coach if you not prepared or do not agree with any aspect or suggestion of the coaching relationship.
- Be prepared to change attitude or behavior.
If you agree to these requirements, please choose for yourself a Member ID and a Password using the fields below. (Record these somewhere safe so you will remember them.) When you have done that, please Click on the Application Form button in the menu to your left. You will see a form which only appears if you have a Member ID and Password. Fill out the form to help us know you better. Once the form has been filled out, a coach will contact you to arrange your complimentary coaching session and explain how to access the Members Only portion of the website.
